Well, it has been a long, slow process, but the renovations to the house are nearing completion which means the Client room is ready and waiting.
It has also given me an excuse not to be online quite as much!!!
However, the time for procrastination is passing, new beginnings forming daily ~ blessings for us all <3
Made it by the skin of my teeth! Three posts a month, 1/12 of the way there ;)
This has been an interesting month for me. I've been re-playing my personal Hypno-Band recordings and find myself noticing daily changes, which just makes me smile. I've also signed up with Louise Cartmell for the morning exercise classes (sorry chaps, ladies only!) and committed to the Bootcamp in March. Honestly, you've never seen such a transformation from cold sleepy women arriving from 6am onwards to such bouncy beings of energy when we leave, she is a pocket sized power dynamo and gets us motivated too.
Food - been cooking more (no freezer - or space for one - so cook daily rather than bulk cook and freeze), and have been reading more about vegan cooking as a way of extending my vegetarian cooking skills. Some of it has been epic, and some just an epic fail e.g. a polenta pizza base. However, feeling inspired and creative ~long may it continue <3
Well, the mission is underway! Have been listening to my CD again and am feeling very upbeat about the continuing journey. Also, decided to look at bikes with an aim to getting out and about more (enjoy walking, it just takes so long to get anywhere). So, thanks to the Northern Scot snips and a very nice lady in New Elgin I have a bike and hat for the grand price of £40. If you see me wobbling around on a red and black bike do wave :)
Well, here goes my first NY resolution attempt - to maintain a blog of my continuing weight loss journey! I never kept a diary, even as a child when every Christmas produced at least one, so this will be an interesting process for me. No promises of daily updates, but I will aim for at least three times a month.
First weigh in post festive season and not too bad - haven't lost any weight, but nor have I put any on, so that's a bonus. Will need to stock up cupboards as they have run down over the last few weeks, Asda online it is then!
Okay, I am off to re-organise my kitchen, throw out any residual leftover mince pies, Christmas cake, 'posh' biscuits etc. and get cracking with a smashing pea, chickpea and potatoe curry, yum ;)
Releasing the Inner Goddess!
One of the reasons I am such an advocate of Hypnoband is because I have already lost weight using the system, and aim to lose a whole lot more!
So, I thought it would be motivating for all of us if I shared my continuing journey with you - challenges and celebrations combined!
2012 is the year to release the inner Goddess ~ for each and every one of us.
